Here you can find a list of frequently asked questions regarding Customer Success University, our online training website.

Q: How do I get to the CSU website?

A: Click the link here.

 

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Click on "My Account" and scroll down, you should see a section to Sign Up.

 

Q: I cant sign into my account / I lost my password.

A: Click on "My Account" and click on the link "Forgot your Password?" follow the steps and it will be sent to your email address you used to register.

 

Q: I clicked the "Forgot you Password?" link but haven't received a link to reset my password yet.

A: Contact training@gainsight.com and they can reset your password.

 

Q: When I register for classes some of them say "Tentative".

A: Contact training@gainsight.com and they can fix the enrollment.

 

Q: I have a coupon code, and it isn't working.

A: First, be sure that you are entering it into the bottom right coupon code. If that doesn't work contact training@gainsight.com to resolve the issue.

 

Q: The video in my course won't load, what do I do?

A: Change your browser to Google Chrome, or Firefox.
